Stress levels and digital overload are on the rise due to the increasing demands of modern life, and further impacted by the current predominance of working from home, where the work/life balance boundaries have become increasingly blurry.
Research studies show that chronic stress and constant connectivity have marked impacts on the structure of the brain, negatively impact mental health, and greatly decrease productivity in the workplace.
In this workshop, our stress management specialist will discuss some of the impacts of technology and modern hyper-connectivity on the brain and body, and will highlight some simple practices that can help reduce the impacts of technostress in order to boost mental and emotional health.
Healthy work/life balance whilst working from home will also be addressed, in addition to switch-off rituals to use after work for promoting relaxation and greater mental wellbeing.
