Used by many of our regular clients as an offering to those in their team who wish to kick-start a fitness drive. It’s a highly effective motivational tool mainly because the offering through work allows employees to stick to their commitment and succeed as a team.
As with all our services, you can choose how you would like the Bootcamp to be set up. We work with the surroundings that we have- be it indoor or utilizing local parks. You can choose a traidional Bootcamp or opt for a Higher Intestity of Training – and run the camp as a daily session over 5 or ten days or as a weekly high intestity workout.
The benefits of high repetition training and the added focus that you can get with it happening at work increase the dedication, consistency and results.
The sessions last for one hour (50 minutes workout time) and your team can decide together how much aerobic and anerobic training is involved once the desired results of your bootcamp are discussed.
