How Guided Meditation in the Office Works
At the minimum two sessions are held back-to-back to make up the hour. However for larger companies you can opt to have the Trainer with you for the full morning, afternoon or day.
Between 4 to 6 people in each session are ideal but you can have more.
There is very little silence in the session. The mind is guided at every step.
