Desk Yoga and Meditation Virtually

Desk Yoga and Meditation Virtually

Our employees really appreciate that we are supporting their mental and physical wellbeing whilst they are working from home and this helps them to feel engaged. As always, the instructor we have is very professional and flexible with our employees wants and needs from the session. I would definitely recommend these virtual live sessions

More options and do all of this online

More options and do all of this online

Whilst we were planning to hold a wellbeing event prior to COVID-19, the nature and flexibility of RTG has meant that we were able to still run our event and in-fact add more options and do all of this online. I’ve had some lovely feedback about the quality and relevance if the sessions and our people genuinely appreciate the effort, gesture and timing, so these sessions are helping with engagement and making our people feel valued and invested in.

Helping Employees Feel Part of a Community Again

Helping Employees Feel Part of a Community Again

We also have had our employees from LA and New York joining in. I have had so many lovely emails from employees saying it has helped with anxiety during this difficult time, especially for those living on their own. Some of the regulars have said it helped them feel part of a community again – given them back some routine /normality

Online Meditation – Incredibly Relaxing and Restorative.

Online Meditation - Incredibly Relaxing and Restorative.

I have been told that they are incredibly relaxing and restorative. In terms of the mindfulness sessions, I have been told that the session was really interesting - it gave a good overview of ideas, research and resources and there were certainly elements touched upon that seem like they could be explored separately and in more detail.
