Laughter Yoga

Duration: 60 mins

Laughter Yoga FAQ

Do people need yoga experience or flexibility
None whatsoever. No fitness attire, flexibility or experience is needed, just a willingness to join in.

That is completely normal, and it never lasts. The exercises are playful and well led, and forced laughter turns genuine remarkably quickly.

Up to a maximum of 40 participants, which is an insurance requirement.

Normal office clothing is perfect. No changing required.

Larger meeting rooms or boardrooms are ideal, giving the group space to move and interact.

Nidra Yoga

Duration: 60 mins (can be broken down to 2 x 30 mins)
A guided journey into deep, blissful rest, practised seated or lying down. Yoga Nidra surfs the space between wakefulness and sleep, bringing body and mind back to their natural equilibrium. Impossible to get wrong, it holds immense appeal for anyone who struggles to switch off.

Is Yoga Nidra just a nap?
