Do employees need to change or undress?
No. Onsite chair massage is delivered fully clothed with no oils, so people can return straight to their desks. Often it is done through the clothing, although there may be neck work directly on the skin.

Swedish Couch Massage FAQ

What do we need to provide?
Just a private breakaway room. RTG Wellness brings the treatment couch, towels, relaxation music where suitable and everything else needed.
Sessions can run for 20 or 30 minutes to a full 50 mins per person, depending on the schedule you choose.
No. People undress only to their own comfort level and are professionally draped with towels throughout.
It is a full body treatment delivered on a couch in a private space, so it is the closest thing to a spa experience without leaving the office. It also lends itself to a longer and more relaxing treatment. Often if clients have large projects or through into the evening work commitments they will reward with onsite couch massage.
