RTG develops workplace well-being initiatives that drive a culture of wellbeing to form healthy habits and increase employee productivity.

Through our vast reach across wellbeing specialties and geographically across the UK and ROI we can work with companies to deliver bespoke workshop programmes that deliver over time and at events.

Programmes include stress resilience, mindfulness, daily, weekly or monthly office massage treatments (desk, chair or couch options), weekly or bi-weekly yoga or pilates, expert guided meditation sessions, fitness boot camps for groups and a full range of wellness events.

Ongoing Cognitive performance programmes (i.e. Mindfulness, Energy, Stress Awareness, Technostress, Nutrition, Resilience) are incorporated in to the programmes.
