Reflexology in the office can provide times of breakaway relaxation and certainly as an ongoing programme will relieve stress. It works by stimulating the nerves in the body through the points in the feet, also helping to release pain held in the body.

You can book reflexology for 15 minutes per person up to one hour. And you can have office reflexology sessions weekly, bi-monthly or monthly reflexology session for one hour up to 8 hours.
