Guided Meditation in the office forms part of your ongoing wellness programme. The sessions are no more than 25 minutes each and we hold two back-to-back. It can be at a set time each day and provide a drop in benefit for employees or at a set time each week.

How Guided Meditation in the Office Works

At the minimum two sessions are held back-to-back to make up the hour.
However for larger companies you can opt to have your meditation guide with you for the full morning, afternoon or day.

You can also have these sessions virtually, as part of our Focus15 Virtual sessions. These can be held online for your team to dial into and the feedback is that the benefit from the Virtual Sessions is every part as powerful as the sessions held in the office.

Between 4 to 6 people in each session are ideal but you can have more.
